An experimental study on critical heat flux under natural circulation

Description

An experimental study on critical heat flux (CHF) in natural circulation condition under high pressures is presented. The resutls of experiments show that there is no difference between the CHF values obtaianed under natural and forced circulations in stable flow. Instable flow can cause a significant decrease in CHF values. A model for predicting the CHF under natural circulation is also given
