Amplitude frequency response of a UHF germanium detectors with hot carriers
Description
The measurement results on the amplitude-frequency characteristic (AFC) of a cryogenic detector on the basis of germanium p-type monocrystal with the range of 9.1-10.1 GHz by kilowatt levels of superhigh frequency radiation are presented. The AFC nonuniformity within the calibration range does not exceed ± 30%, which makes it possible to register pulses of superhigh frequency radiation with duration up to nanosecond units

Приведены результаты измерений амплитудно-частотной характеристики (АЧХ) криогенного детектора на основе монокристалла германия p-типа в диапазоне 9,1-10,1 ГГц при киловаттных уровнях мощности СВЧ-излучения. Неравномерность АЧХ в диапазоне калибровок не превышает ± 30% и позволяет регистрировать импульсы СВЧ-излучения с длительностью вплоть до единиц наносекундAdditional details
