A Green Building Skin as a Contribution for Environmental Improvement in Madrid

The interaction between the buildings built and their users goes beyond the response to the parameters of energy efficiency, its functionality linked to the purpose of use and the systems of control and management of the behavior of the building. These habitual elements are transformed because as users we expect more and more personalized responses and although the building behaves in many occasions in a static way over time, we intend to improve our comfort indexes in a dynamic way. This dynamic response lies in the ability to respond to the fluctuation of climate itself over time, to adaptation according to the conditions of use of space, or, even to the variation of the state of mind of users through new models of interaction.
