Radiation sensing device

Description
A radiation sensing device including a collimator, a disc-shaped scintillation crystal in close proximity thereto, photomultiplier tubes for viewing the scintillations and circuitry for locating the scintillation in the crystal is described. A diode or other non-linear compensation means is biased by an A.C. and D.C. source and thereby corrects for distortion and non-uniformity of the field. (auth)
