Electrical properties of YBa2Cu3O7 thin films
- 1. RSRE, St. Andrews Road, Malvern, Wores. WR14 3PS (UK)
Description
Evaporated and ex-situ annealed YBa2Cu3O7 epitaxial thin films have been laser patterned to form a ring and a long (5 cm) meander track. These samples have been used to study the dependence of the electric field on the applied current in the flux creep regime, using both magnetic and transport measurements. Results of this study are presented
