The particularities of nucleus emission from surfaces of Be, B, C, Al under the action of laser radiation were investigated by mass spectrometry. The particularities of emission of multicharged ions up to nuclei of Be4, B5, C6, Al13 comparatively to low-charged ions in dependence on power of laser radiation and nature of targets were established
