Poloidal currents in toroidal pinches
Description
We assume that plasmas in tokamaks and RFPs relax towards a state of minimum entropy production rate. Anisotropic resistivity can be responsible for the growth and sustainment of the poloidal current. (author). 9 refs., 4 figs
