This article is a report of a current investigation into the impact of meal compositions on gastric emptying and glycemic responses. The gastric emptying is studied with a dual isotope method. The glycemic responses are measured by plasma levels of insulin, GIP, C-peptide and glucose. 11 refs.; 4 figs.; 1 table
