Description
Preparations for commissioning and startup of the Daya Bay nuclear plant in Guangdong, China, have been underway for some time. The project which incorporates two imported French 900 MWe Pressurized Water Reactors, represents a major technology transfer effort between the Chinese and European contractors, resulting in the highest standards of quality.
