Interaction of accelerated ring beam with wave harmonics

Refusal from the synchronism with the accelerating harmionic can allow to decrease injected beam energy and to increase particle capture coefficient under acceleration conditions up to the value close to 1. A number of criteria determining the regions of the effects is obtained
