Evaluation of performance indicator of RSG-GAS reactor safety in 2013 until 2016

Description

The operating status of the RSG-GAS reactor has been operated for more than 30 years. To ensure the reliability of reactor operations and ensure that the RSG-GAS reactor is operated in accordance with safe safety provisions for workers, the community and the environment, evaluation of safety performance indicators is needed in the form of RSG-GAS reactor operating systems. The operational performance measurement of the RSG-GAS reactor is aimed at the overall system, to determine corrective actions and improve safety performance on an ongoing basis which provides valuable information in the effective revitalization program of the RSG-GAS reactor. Evaluation of safety performance indicators was carried out from 2013 to 2016 using analysis methods of performance indicators on RSG-GAS operating reports on IAEA safety performance indicators, mainly on evaluating the number of scram disturbances and the number of scram planned. Evaluation of reactor operational performance measurement includes: safe operating performance, low risk operating performance and operations with a positive attitude to safety and evaluation of the evaluation of the operation of the RSG-GAS reactor for 4 years including elements; Safety of reactor operations, radiation and environmental protection, nuclear preparedness, safeguards and physical protection as well as management systems that are specifically specified are 81 safety performance indicators. The results of evaluating safety performance indicators are specifically different from IAEA safety performance indicators, but strategically the same. The observation of 30 MWatt power reactor operation and the measurement of rector system parameters there is degradation of the reactor components in the heat and radiological disposal systems and management systems, this becomes important for corrective actions and improvements in the installation of RSG-GAS reactors.
