Description
Thermodynamic mixing functions of liquid alloys of the Cd-In-Sb system are firstly determined by the EMF method. The free mixing energy of ternary melts calculated on the basis of thermodynamic information received from the state diagram of the Cd-Sb and Cd-Sb systems using calorimetric data is shown to agree with the results of EMF measurements
