Investigation into iodine radioisotope release out of reactor ventilation pipe

Description
The aims, preparation and equipment for conducting experiments when investigating the release of iodine radioactive isotopes from the reactor ventilation pipe are stated. A diagram of the technological ventilation system of the ''EWA-10'' reactor and the effectiveness of the iodine filters are given. Conducted experiments permitted to determine the iodine content in the elementary and linked in the aerosol form of the general amount of iodine radioactive isotopes, released through filters into the atmosphere
