New quasi-line spectra of induced impurity photoconduction in CdSe due to donor-donor distributed pairs

Description
New quasi-line spectra of induced impurity photoconduction (IIPh) (hν ≅ 0.2 - 0.6 eV) were revealed in CdSe crystals alloyed with Ag impurities. With respect to some peculiarities ( the number and configuration of bands, their intensity distribution etc ) they are close to quasi-line IIPh spectra in CdS, CdSe and their solutions, conditioned by interstitial Cui0 donors and their donor-donor pairs (Cui0)2. The order of pairs i = 1 - 5 ( i - the number of coordination spheres, corresponding to tetrahedral interstitials ). The difference between measured and Cui0-, (Cui0)2 - spectra lies in the fact that the first ones are shifted to the low - energy region with respect to the last ones. Interpretation of IIPh spectra in CdSe crystals is given on the basis of the concepts about the relationship of photoelectrically active centers of electron adhesion in them with Agi0- and (Agi0)2 - centers, identical to Cui0- and (Cui0)2 - defects with respect to their outer electron structure
