Electrical properties of (CdSe)x[Cu2Ge(Sn)Se3]1-x solid solutions

Description
Temperature dependences of electric conductivity, of the Hall coefficients, of thermo-emf, of the Hall mobility of charge carriers of cadmium selenide and solid solutions on its base within the range of 300-950 K are investigated. Increase of Cu2GeSe3 or Cu2SnSe3 content is shown to lead to monotonous change in main electrophysical characteristics of solid solutions on cadmium selenide base. These solid solutions are hole semiconductors
