Description
The report describes a method consisting in the incorporation of the ammonia scrubbing-based CCS-postcombustion technology into a model 250 MWe power plant unit equipped with a brown coal fired powder boiler. Major input is flue gas leaving this unit's DeSOx technology, major output is CO2 at 11 MPa and 50 deg C. The report encompasses technological design, layout, basic mass-and-energy balance, impacts on the model power plant unit, calculation of consumables and wastes and complete balance of the unit after CCS technology incorporation.
