Dispersion sum rules for hadron polarizability

Description

A brief review of the dispersion calculations of the electric and magnetic polarizabilities of hadrons is given. The new sum rules for the polarizabilities of hadrons are derived. A saturation of these sum rules is discussed. The measurement of the polarizabilities of pions, kaons and neutrons is emphasized as one of important experimental problems
