Desorption of ion implantated deuterium of stainless steel
Description
Some peculiarities of gassing during irradiation with 15 keV deuterium ions and of thermodesorption spectra at subsequent heating up to 500K are considered for 12Kh19N9T steel. Possible reasons for occurrence of gassing peaks at thermosorption spectra are discussed
