Hamiltonian model for nucleons, pions and Δ's
Description
Within the framework of relativistic particle quantum mechanics, a model is constructed which describes the interactions between nucleons, pions and Δ's at low and medium energy. The parameters of the model are determined phenomenologically by fitting data of simple process involving these particles. The resulting Hamiltonian should be useful for many-body calculations in which pions may appear explicitly and Δ's are unstable
