Description
Algorithm generalizing the method of plasma boundary reconstruction simple layer potential in a tokamak is described according to data of external magnetic measurements for the case of a priori information about the position and shape of plasma filament inside the vacuum chamber. The main difference from the simple layer potential method consists in the fact that according to the virtual shell principle, plasma boundary, the position of which is detected by means of special iteration procedure for solving nonlinear integral Fredholm equation of the first order with additional conditions at the required mobile boundary, is considered as a source. The results of numeric calculations presented slow that the method satisfies the requirement of accuracy δ for plasma boundary reconstruction
