Charge transport in TlFeS2 and TlFeSe2

Description
The temperature dependences of the conductivity and the thermo-emf in the area of 85-400 K temperatures is studied in the TlFeS2 and TlFeSe2 samples. Availability of jump conductivity with a variable jump length is established. Densities of localized states near the Fermi level NF = 1.7 x 1018 eV-1 cm-3 are determined for the TlFeS2 and 3.3 x 1018 eV-1 cm-3 for the TlFeSe2; the average jump distance for the TlFeS2 is R = 109 A and for the TlFeSe2 R - 104 A. The availability of the nonactivation jump conductivity is established in the area of temperatures T < 200 K for the TlFeS2 and T < 250 K for the TlFeSe2
Abstract (Russian)
В образцах TlFeS2 и TlFeSe2 изучены температурные зависимости проводимости и коэффициента термоэдс в области температур 85-400 К. Установлено наличие прыжковой проводимости с переменной длиной прыжка. Определены плотности локализованных состояний вблизи уровня Ферми NF = 1,7 x 1018 эВ-1см-3 для TlFeS2 и 3,3 x 1018 эВ-1см-3 для TlFeSe2; среднее расстояние прыжков R = 109 A для TlFeS2 и R = 104 A для TlFeSe2. В области температур T < 200 K для TlFeS2 и T < 250 K для TlFeSe2 установлено наличие безактивационной прыжковой проводимостиAdditional details
