Fractal character of radiation defects aggregation in crystals

  • 1. Karagandinskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. im. E.A. Buketova, Karaganda (Kazakhstan)

Description

Spontaneous rise in irradiated solids of the relatively regulated, stable in the time structures is explaining by processes of its self-organization, suitable to open systems. In the paper it is shown, that low-temperature aggregation of the same-type defects is the consequences of non-linearity of processes are proceeding in irradiated solids. Initial pair defects evolution which are forming in the result of solids irradiation under low-temperature - i. e. without according of its mobility - are studied. For this computerized simulation by the cell automat was used. The model allows describing evolution of complex systems by the way of the direct imitation of process
