Dynamic changes of optical density in T-lymphocytes of mouse lymph nodes after γ-irradiation

Description
The digital images data of T-lymphocytes from mouse intestinal lymph nodes obtained by scanning spectrophotometry and computer were investigated. The results presented suggest that the T-lymphocytes could be categorized into four subsets. And the dynamic changes of optical density at different time after irradiation are demonstrated. (author)
