At equipment with molecular beams with the use of mass-spectrometrical measurements and diagnostical method of surface filling by atoms it was investigated chemiluminescence and chemoemission from the surface of CaO-Bi, ZnS-Tm in hydrogen atoms beams and after-emission of positive ions of activator into vacuum.10 refs., 4 figs
