Description
The procedures used in making the customer's firm separative work requirements are outlined. Information which must be supplied to DOE for firming up the customer's appendices is outlined. The Variable Tails Assay Option (VTAO), available only to AFC customers, is discussed. Planning estimates are needed by DOE to plan the operation of its enrichment complex. The customer notices which are required every year are listed
