Problem of cylindrical explosion in rarefied magnetized plasma has been considered on the basis of a model of two liquid magnetic hydrodynamics. Effect of anomalous conductivity related to ion acoustic instabil;.ty on strengthening of magnetic field in shock wave and radius of bunch slowing down determined as the position of leading edge of density profile has been investigated
