Description
The short- and long-term prospects for the uranium industry are reviewed, with particular reference to the effects of the accident to Three Mile Island-2 Reactor, the International Nuclear Fuel Cycle Evaluation (INFCE) and the revolution in Iran. Nuclear generation figures and forecasts, and uranium consumption figures are analyzed. Estimated uranium resources, production capacity and requirements are tabulated. Price trends are discussed briefly. (U.K.)
