Description
Coronary angioplasty is now a very useful technique of revascularization. However, restenosis represents a major problem of this technique. P.Y. Marie details the performance of nuclear cardiology techniques in the evaluation of aorto-coronary bypass and coronary angioplasty. P. Guyon reports on the experience of the surgical center Marie-Lannelongue in the follow-up patients having coronary angioplasty. Then, discussions point out the patho-physiological aspects of restenosis. (authors)
