Present state and possibilities of movement of support of the waste collecting, its sorting and material valuation

Contribution represents Recycling fund as non-state specific fund established in order to concentrate financial sources from producers and importers for supporting of collection, evaluation and processing of wastes. It represents internal structuring of fund, using of selected sources, results of actual activity and future intentions of fund. The intention of Recycling fund to improve its operation by supporting of construction wastes, textile, wood packings and chemical solvents is very necessary for municipal sphere. Finances do not support collection, separation and evaluation of these commodities in the present time and it represents serious problem for self-governments. (author)
