Description
This study deals with the geochemistry of the Lebombo rhyolites. The major rhyolite unit is the Jozini Rhyolite Formation, with the second major unit, the Mbuluzi Rhyolite Formation. Rhyolites from the Nuanetsi area are generally similar to the Jozini Formation but slightly more evolved with higher K2O, Rb, Ba and Nb, and lower Y and Zr contents. Isochrons for the rhyolites were also determined
