Propose of evaluation system of patient exposition to ionizing radiation at diagnostic X-ray examinations

Problems concerning radiation protection of the patients have been discussed. Attempts of calculation of exposition to ionizing radiation with reference to the population have been made. Polish documentation system of investigations made with artificial radiation sources has been presented. Particular attention has been payed to difficulties in evaluation of exposition at X-ray examinations. A propose of measuring system for X-ray diagnostics has been presented. It makes possible an approximate calculation of doses absorbed by body as well as by selected patient organs. 30 refs., 2 figs. (author)
