Description
The experimental results of the various modes of the point-to-plane gas discharge are presented in this paper. The discharge was realized in N2-O2 gas mixtures at atmospheric pressure. It was shown that ozone, oxygen and water vapor admixtures essentially effected on the electrical characteristics of the negative polarity discharge and the non-stationary positive polarity discharge. With increase of the electronegative admixtures concentration the electrical characteristics of the stationary mode of positive polarity discharge were changed weakly
