Specific properties of In4Se3 monocrystals annealed in selenium vapours

Description
Physical properties of laminated In4Se3 monocrystals annealed in selenium vapours are considered. It is shown, that calcination of laminated In4Se3 crystal in selenium vapours changes essentially physical properties. The additional new #betta#-In2Se3 phase, which is manifested in particular in photoconductivity spectra forms. The shift of long wave photoconductivity edge of In4Se3 crystals, anneled in selenium vapours is observed
