This tool is designed to provide guidance for NPP management in conducting a knowledge management risk assessment for an organization, plant, or department. This guide can be used to access the overall level of risk of knowledge loss for an organization including specific threats caused by attrition of expert personnel. The output of this effort should provide a comprehensive assessment report detailing the level of risk to the organization with recommendation for specific action plans
