The status of development and qualification of safety analysis codes to support the examination of nuclear reactor facilities in JNES

Description

The thermal hydraulics (T-H) is one of the important fields of the safety analysis and contributes much for the examination of licensing analysis and evaluation of trouble events of nuclear reactor facilities. In this paper, the status of code development, implementation, qualification, and application to the nuclear reactor facilities in JNES is presented. We continue to develop and maintain analysis codes and evaluation methods in order to insure the reactor safety and to support the safety examination by regulatory body. (author)
