DSP read-out of ADC'S for the H1 calorimeter

Description
This paper describes the essential features of the DSP board which is the heart of the H1 calorimeter acquisition system. The board performs among other tasks, on-line corrections to the data and zero suppression. The requirements, the main features of the design and the performance are discussed. The software programs that run in this board are briefly described. (orig.)
