Description

Over the past year the authors have had first hand discussions with 10 utilities and 5 major plant manufacturers in the USA, Japan, UK, Sweden, Germany and France. As a result they have formulated three principles which they consider are the underlying reasons for successful realization of a major nuclear plant. These principles are: Standardization, Parallel Work, and Improved Efficiency of Work
