Oxidation of organic compounds by hydroperoxides catalyzed by metals
Description
Information on the oxidation of various alkenes by hydroperoxides, as well as that of nitrogen- and sulphur-containing compounds, is summarised. Aspects of the catalysis of such oxidations are considered, and their mechanism and stereochemistry are discussed. A list of 166 references is included.
