Creators

Description

A fast low power bipolar chip consisting of 64 amplifier-comparators has been developed for use with silicon strip detectors for systems where high radiation levels and high occupancy considerations are important. A discussion on the use of bipolar or CMOS is presented, the design is described and test results are presented. (orig.)
