The structure and electro physic properties of In4(P2 Se6)3 monocrystals

Description
The technological process of In4(P2 Se6)3 monocrystals production as well as the features of their crystalline structure is described. The study of electro physic and photoelectric properties of In4(P2 Se6)3 is made. The charge scattering is found to take place on acoustic phonons. Photoconductivity is observed not only in the region of fundamental absorption but also in the impurity region. The activation energy of these impurities is determined to be 0.37 eV
