Prediction of the thermodynamic properties and stability of compounds in homologous series

Description
A model for an analytic description of dependence of thermodynamic properties of the compounds produced by the same components, on the composition, using a unified function is proposed. Possibilities of applying such a model to evaluate or improve thermodynamic properties of unstudied members of phase homologie series are considered taking titanium and molybdenum oxides as an example. 10 refs.; 2 figs
