Description
Photoionization of the different charging states in Cd Se:Cu, Cd S:Cu single crystals has been investigated by methods of the optical absorption, photoconductivity and barrier-layer photocurrent. Anisotropic character of the doped complex, which includes Cu+, Cu3+ ions is revealed. The compensation in Cd Se:Cu, Cd S:Cu single crystals by the Cu+, Cu3+ ions determined
