Positron annihilation characteristics of hydrogen-vacancy complex in aluminum

Description
The positron annihilation characteristics of one hydrogen vacancy complex and many hydrogens-vacancy complex in aluminum have been calculated by using discrete variational method and embedded-cluster model based on the principles and a fully-three-dimensional numerical relaxation technique. The possible location of hydrogen atom in the single vacancy in aluminum is discussed
