Description
A large integrated collaborative programme has been put in place by the partner R and D organisation to answer thermalhydraulic questions raised by design companies (EFR Associates) for the next European Fast Breeder Reactor studies. In this paper, we present the identified thermalhydraulic problems of such a compact reactor block, the different tools used for the studies (numerical and experimental models) and, when they are available, some characteristics results.
