Development of the Gd2O2S:Tb phosphor for X-ray electron-optical converters
Description
Synthesis and properties are described of a Gd2O2S:Tb luminophore for the use in X-ray electron-optical converters. The relative intensity of luminescence of the screens made with the use of the luminophore has been measured. The Gd2O2S:Tb luminophore provides for considerably higher resolving capacity of the outlet screen
