Thermodynamic properties of refractory carbides of the 5 group transition metals of a variable composition within the temperature range 1200-2500 K
Description
Equations of temperature-concentration dependences of enthalpy, heat capacity, entropy and reduced Gibbs energy for VCsub(1-x), NbCsub(1-x), TaCsub(1-x) carbides within the region of their homogeneity are obtained. Equations for temperature dependence of Gibbs energy of MCsub(1-x) carbide formation in the region of their homogeneity are suggested
