X-ray radiometric determination of zirconium in magnesium-zirconium dopant
Description
An express X-ray fluorescence method for zirconium determination in L-2 dopant (95-75% Mg, 5-25% Zr) with the ''Mineral-3'' analyzer is developed. Radioisotope 170Tm is used as a source, NaI(Tl) scintillation detector is used for recording characteristic radiation. The samples were made in the form of disks. A method for preparation of L-2 dopant for reference samples is described. Optimal geometry of measurements is established. The efficiency of analysis is 120-140 determinations per shift
