A new effect in internal conversion

Description
An ''in-beam'' effect alterating the value of internal conversion coefficient (ICC) is discussed. The existence of the effect has been shown experimentally by the measurement of the ICC of the 1041 keV 18F transition in the 16O(3He,p)18F reaction. (orig.)
