Amperometric determination of indium in double and more complex systems
- 1. Dnepropetrovskij Khimiko-Tekhnologicheskij Inst., Dnepropetrovsk (Ukrainian SSR)
Description
Conditions of indium titanium using a new reagent - potassium dicarboxylmethyl ditiocarbaminate (PD)- are studied. Methods of differential amperometric indium determination in two-component and more complex systems are developed. The best results are obtained during titration on the background of acetate buffer solutions with pH 3.5-5.6, where hydrolysis of indium salts is not observed. The indium detection limit constitutes 4μg/ml, the relative determination error for indium is doesn't exceed 0.04. Amperometric indium determination is not interfered with 1000-fold quantities of Al, Mo, W alkali and alkaline earth elements; interfering are Ga, Zn, Ni, Sn, Cu, Pb. Methods may be used in analysis of semiconductor materials and alloys
