Description
In case of a nuclear event with possibly significant radiological consequences data to be used for assessing the radiological situation and recommending countermeasures are provided by the Integrated Measurement and Information System for the Surveillance of Environmental Radioactivity IMIS and the Program System for the Assessment and Mitigation of Radiological Consequences PARK. Due to the huge amount of data and strain on staff in the early phases of an event it is useful to define a reduced set of information on which the assessment will be based normally. This standard information has to be available quickly and to permit a reliable assessment. A set of information is suggested and justified. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Im Fall eines Ereignisses mit moeglichen nicht unerheblichen radiologischen Auswirkungen liefern das Integrierte Mess- und Informationssystem zur Ueberwachung der Umweltradioaktivitaet IMIS sowie das Programmsystem zur Abschaetzung und Begrenzung radiologischer Konsequenzen PARK Daten, die Grundlage der Lagebeurteilung und Massnahmenempfehlung sind. Audgrund des grossen Datenumfangs und der besonderen Belastung des Personals in den Fruehphasen des Ereignisses ist es sinnvoll, einen reduzierten Informationsumfang zu definieren, der standardmaessig fuer die Lagebeurteilung verwendet wird. Diese Standardinformationen muessen schnell verfuegbar sein und fuer die wahrscheinlichsten Faelle eine zuverlaessige Beurteilung der Lage erlauben. Es wird ein Satz von Informationen vorgeschlagen und begruendet, der diesen Anspruechen genuegen soll. (orig.)Additional details
